A woman was tricked into believing that she was engaged to Prince Harry, and now she wants to take legal action against him.
An Indian lawyer named Palwinder Kaur says she got played after she was duped into thinking she was in a relationship with Prince Harry. Now, she wants Harry arrested because she claims he was supposed to marry her.
Kaur says Harry hit her up on social media and told her he wanted to marry her, according to the Independent. When the wedding bells never rang, she sought justice by filing a plea in the Haryana High Court, claiming Harry misled her.
Fox News reports the woman called the police and told them to arrest Harry so they could get married “without any further delay, the outlet reports. The woman even said “Harry” told her that he let his father, Prince Charles, know about their upcoming nuptials.
As you might have imagined, the plea was dismissed by Justice Arvind Singh Sangwa, who said the woman’s story is “nothing but just a daydreamer’s fantasy about marrying Prince Harry.”
The court found out that the “Prince Harry” she was talking to was some man operating out of an internet cafe in a village in the northern area of the Punjab state. The court stated “Prince Harry” was “looking for green pastures for himself,” and his conversation with Kaur was merely a scheme. Not to mention, Harry has been married to Meghan Markle since 2018.
