The Indiana Pacers forced a Game 7 in the NBA Finals with a dominant 108-91 team win at home in Game 6. Head coach Rick Carlisle executed a flawless game plan on both ends of the court. Tyrese Haliburton, unbothered by his calf injury, contributed 14 points, five assists, and two steals.

Forward Pascal Siakam delivered a 16-point double-double, capped off with a thunderous dunk over Jalen Williams—an emphatic statement that the Pacers weren’t going down without a fight. The best-of-three stretch is now down to one, and Sunday night will mark the first Game 7 in the Finals since 2016.

Reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the only Thunder player to score over 20 points. Oklahoma City’s 22-point halftime deficit proved insurmountable. Gilgeous-Alexander also recorded a career-high eight turnovers in what became a frustrating night for the Canadian-born star. After the game, he offered a simple explanation for the uncharacteristic performance.

“I don’t even know, they just turned us over a bunch,” Alexander said. “They didn’t pressure full court like they have been—that led to more turnovers. I didn’t expect that, but yeah.”

Game seven will be broadcast on ABC Sunday night live from Oklahoma City at 8 pm Eastern.
