Authorities say an Instagram fitness influencer from California has gone missing, and her family is asking for the public’s assistance in finding her.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said that 30-year-old Ca’Shawn Ashley Sims was last seen on Sept. 8 in Duarte, a city outside of Los Angeles.
Sims’ mother told KABC that since the pandemic, her daughter has been dealing with mental health issues.
“Her family is concerned with her wellbeing and asking for the public’s help,” the sheriff’s department said in a statement.
According to Sims’ (Cookie) personal Instagram account, which has about 200k+ followers, she hasn’t posted since July 1.
The sheriff’s department said that Sims has three tattoos: One on her left collarbone that reads, “It’s found in the soul,” and another on her left forearm that says, “Earth,” and Spanish writing on her back.
Sims’ Instagram photos show her with green hair, but she was reportedly last seen with shoulder-length black hair.
