International Friendship Day: Our Favorite Celebrity Pals Who Are Serving BFF Goals

As we celebrate another International Friendship Day, we can’t help but point out many of our favs whose bonds have stood the test of Hollywood.  

In the glamorous entertainment industry, many friendships begin through numerous collaborative projects.  This is how rap pals Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion became close.  The two worked together on their smash hit, “WAP,” which debuted in August 2020.  Since then, both women have praised one another on various platforms.  Cardi was one of several celebrities to speak up for Meg after she was shot by former friend Tory Lanez. 

Another sisterhood that was established even before the fame was that of Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold.  The pair met on the set of an audition when they were just nine and ten years old.  This was the start of their 45 year friendship, which saw the women working together on multiple projects together, most notably “Martin” from 1992 to 1997. 

These cherished celebrity buddies serve as a constant reminder that true friendships can flourish in the spotlight, providing comfort and support even in the frequently unpredictable world of show business.
