NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas recently revealed in a now-deleted tweet that a minor pulled a gun on him.
“Really trippin on how these young kids are moving around!!!” tweeted Thomas. “I really had a life changing moment yesterday where a kid pulled a AK47 out on me and the homies and if it wasn’t for who I was and him recognizing me in my own city he probably woulda ended all of our lives. Be SAFE.”
So far, it’s unclear where the Phoenix Suns player was at the time of the incident.
In another deleted tweet, he said, “We just gotta pray for these young men!!!”
He wrote, “God was working yesterday 4real. Damn it coulda all been over that quick smh. FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!!!”
This news adds to the growing concerns about youth behavior, with increasing reports of violence, drug use, and theft.
