Earlier this week, Washington Wizards star John Wall was in a giving mood, making it rain $47,000 at V Live strip club in Dallas, TX. There’s no doubt that Wall, who’s made over $50 million in his career so far, was a favorite amongst the dancers and thanks to him, I’m sure many tuition payments were being made early.Â
Those who like to watch pockets may take offense to what Wall chose to splurge on, but according to Jalen Rose, you should think of it as hood charity.Â
On an episode of the Jalen & Jacoby podcast, Rose compares John Wall’s $47k “donation” to that of Russell Westbrook’s UCLA donation. “Russell Westbrook and John Wall both did a great charitable thing,” says Rose.  “Russell Westbrook giving a million dollars to UCLA, it’s noble, it’s recognizable, it’s something that’s going to create a legacy for his name for years to come. It’s philanthropic work. Now, the charity that John Wall did, that’s the charity that makes it to the hood, and it also is a donation to those who are working really hard to entertain adults that evening. And when a customer does come in and spends that type of cake, everyone leaves with full bags. And you know what? I support full bags!”
Those girls worked for that money, I’m not mad at them. I support the naked hustle and ladies, we hear John Wall is always generous in the strip clubs. Not just in Dallas.Â
