Now that actor Jamie Foxx is on the mend, he is taking aim at the many “fake friends” of the world.
On Friday, the “Ray” star shared a cryptic message on Instagram, seemingly slamming those capable of stabbing their loved ones in the back.
“They killed this dude name Jesus. What do you think they’ll do to you?” ending his post with hashtags #fakefriends and #fakelove.

One of his followers reposted his message with a message to Foxx that read: “Judas showed his self. @JamieFoxx know them for what they are.” Foxx also shared this on his Instagram Story, agreeing with the person’s comment. It’s unclear who the 55-year-old is referring to, but it is possible that he may be taking a dig at several sources who reported on his condition. Journalist AJ Benza previously told Dr. Drew that an insider “in the room” during Foxx’s hospitalization revealed that Foxx was paralyzed and blind. Other outlets have reported similar stories, claiming to have obtained their information from those close to the singer.
Foxx has been seen out and about in recent weeks, waving to fans and appearing healthier. Upon returning to social media, he thanked fans for their support and said he was slowly getting better after enduring a severe medical scare. However, Foxx has not elaborated on what happened. In that video, he also acknowledged his family for keeping his condition under wraps while recovering.
It’s unknown who may have gotten Foxx riled up on this First Friday, but hopefully, he does not allow any unnecessary stress to derail his road to good health.
