Three women have come forward accusing GOP nominee, Donald Trump, of some form of sexual assault, with the latest alleged victim citing that Trump assaulted her when she was only 13 years of age. Her case was filed pro per (without the assistance of an attorney) in April of this year. Due to technical filing errors, the case was dismissed. Jane Doe has since refiled her modified case with the help of Attorney Thomas Meagher. The legal filings list Trump and billionaire , Jeffrey Epstein – ( a Level 3 registered sex offender) in the complaint. It also cites four separate occasions of alleged sexual assault in 1994 with the fourth being referenced as a “savage sexual attack”. Included is an affidavit from Tiffany Doe, a witness who claims she worked for Epstein from 1991- 2000. Serving as a “party planner”, Tiffany Doe alleges she would recruit young attractive girls to attend these parties. She attests that she not only recruited Jane Doe at the New York Port Authority, but she witnessed the sexual assaults of Jane Doe.
The Huff Post reports, Jill Harth, one of Trump’s accusers also filed a complaint. It is alleged that her initial reason for interacting with Trump was for she and her husband to venture into business with him. According to The Guardian, the potential relationship turned sour when Trump violated her “physical and mental intergrity”. After a suit brought against Trump by her husband was settled, Harth withdrew her claims. However in 2016, when asked by the Guardian if she still stood by her allegations, Harth replied “yes”.
At this time, the allegations are just that-allegations. Donald Trump has not been charged or convicted of any crime relating to these accusations. It is unclear if these allegations would affect Trump’s quest for office.
