On Saturday night, celebrities gathered at P. Diddy’s Los Angeles home for the songwriter’s star-studded 50th birthday celebration. As the many photos from the glamorous shindig began to hit the web, social media rejoiced at the sight of former friends Kanye West and Jay-Z cordially shaking hands and posing in pictures together. Fans concluded that the two had reconciled at the event. However, the two hitmakers have reportedly been on friendly terms for quite some time now.
According to sources, the ”Otis” lyricists have moved beyond their feud, which began when HOV and wife, Beyonce, failed to attend Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s wedding in May of 2014. From there, the two called each other out on songs, and it all came to a head with an alleged legal dispute sparked by West, reportedly claiming that he was owed over $3 million stemming from a Tidal agreement. The Tidal issue was reportedly settled out of court amongst the two. Since then, the source alleges that the two have since bumped into one another on several previous occasions this year, with all being harmonious between them.
