Jay-Z’s Super Bowl drip included an ultra-rare timepiece fit for a hip-hop king.
The rap mogul attended the Big Game in New Orleans on Sunday, keeping his outfit casual but making a bold statement with a $3.5 million watch. Dressed in an all-black sweatpants, a crewneck T-shirt, and a beanie, Mr. Carter’s look was effortlessly cool. However, his Richard Mille RM 66 Flying Tourbillon stole the show. One of only two in its orange and red sapphire colorway, the skeletonized design features a striking horn-like hand, adding a pop of color to its monochrome fit.
Jay-Z was joined by his daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter, who matched their father’s fly. Blue rocked an oversized Balenciaga leather jacket, cargo jeans, and Amiri Skel sneakers. Young Rumi, on the other hand, sported a black-and-white Amiri varsity jacket, light-wash denim, and Amiri’s Ma Canvas camera case, proving style runs in the Carter family.
The Roc-a-Fella superstar wasn’t the only celebrity flexing luxury timepieces at the game. NFL legend Tom Brady was spotted with a Jacob & Co Caviar Tourbillon, valued at a staggering $740,000.
The Super Bowl, held at Caesars Superdome, marked the 11th time New Orleans hosted the event, tying with Miami for the most in history. The night featured a halftime performance by Kendrick Lamar, while A-listers like Taylor Swift, Cardi B, and Ice Spice were spotted in the stands.
