On Monday, Roc Nation sued the Kansas City Police Department in Wyandotte County. The organization wants information on complaints filed against members of its Investigative Division, ABC News reports. Roc Nation’s attorney Alex Shapiro says the department released some of the alleged complaints on the Kansas Open Records Act, but Spiro says it “was not sufficient.”
The New York Post reports that KCKPD said it would give out information about the complaints against the officers in the ID unit. However, the department “refused to produce” documents that detailed what the city planned to do to end the alleged misconduct.

The department has been accused of a slew of crimes, including assault of an inmate, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct. One officer has allegedly been charged with being sexually involved with a minor. Other complaints claim officers stole from homes during search warrants.
On Monday, Roc Nation tweeted, “it is time for Kansas City police to be held accountable.”
