Most of us became familiar with the lovely songbird, Jazmine Sullivan in 2008 when she released the love anthem  “Need U Bad”  from her debut album “Fearless”.  The follow-up singles, “Bust Your Windows” and “Lions, Tigers & Bears”,  solidified her ability to connect with listeners . Sullivan’s indisputable talent and ability to convict us musically made fans fall in love with her work.  The Grammy nominated singer  used Twitter  in 2011 to announce her indefinite leave from the music industry.  It would be 3 years before the songstress announced her new album “ Reality Show”.

Dash Radio’s Simone “Boss Lady” Amelia caught up with Jazmine Sullivan. During the “Woman On Top” interview, Sullivan sheds more light on her abusive relationship and opens up about the trials and tribulations she faced as an artist. It is quite an interesting interview. Check it out!
