In previous years, artists such as Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, August Alsina, Rick Ross and Waka Flocka have graced the stage at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis for LooseCannon Slim’s annual “State of Emergency” charity concert series. On Sunday, February 21, State of Emergency is slated to take over St. Louis for the third consecutive year, promising an even bigger and better fan experience.
In November it was announced that Young Money frontman, Lil Wayne, would be headlining State Of Emergency 3. As promised, this year’s line-up has amped up the star power. In addition to Tunechi, Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz, DJ Stevie J, LA4SS and Lil St. Louis have been added to the bill. Rapper Young Jeezy has recently been announced as the latest addition to the show’s lineup. Fans can also expect many surprise guest appearances.
By now you’re probably familiar with the controversy surrounding LooseCannon Slim and the State of Emergency concert. At last year’s State of Emergency, LooseCannon Slim and August Alsina were involved in an altercation that took the tabloids by storm.
In October 2015, LooseCannon Slim and St. Louis rapper, Nelly, traded shots on Instagram over Slim making Nelly’s ex-girlfriend, Ashanti, his woman crush.
LooseCannon Slim promises a controversy-free show that will go off without a hitch. Aside from offering thousands of tickets starting at the affordable price of $7 during the month of November, LooseCannon Slim has also personally donated free tickets to children’s homes across the city of St. Louis, an effort to give back to those in the community.
