Jeezy recently sat down with Ferrari Simmons and BT on The Baller Alert Show, and he had some strong words about what truly gets under his skin. According to Snow, complainers and people who don’t push themselves to grow are at the top of his pet peeves list.

“I just hate to see people not see the good in themselves enough to work on themselves,” Jeezy shared. For him, watching someone give up on their goals or settle into complacency is a major red flag. He explained that while he understands life gets hard, the “Thug Motivation 101” star still believes effort is non-negotiable. “I can’t do more for you than you’re willing to do for yourself.”
Even when failure happens, Jeezy doesn’t see it as a reason to quit. Instead, he encourages trying again from a new angle. What frustrates him most is hearing people say, “I give up” or “I can’t do this anymore.” That mindset, he says, is the opposite of how he lives.
Jeezy emphasized that he still gets up at 5:30 every morning, treating every opportunity like it’s his first.
“I hate complaining,” he said bluntly.
Jeezy continues to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of his debut album, proving that after two decades in the game, his dedication has never wavered.
