Just two months after Jenelle Evans filed a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, David Eason, the former “Teen Mom” star has filed new docs to dismiss the order.
Evans filed docs to dismiss the TRO on Friday, and according to TMZ, a judge signed off on the request. The two were reportedly scheduled to stand before a judge on Monday to make the TRO permanent, but instead, the judge moved to dismiss the entire case upon Evan’s request.
The estranged couple’s drama dates back to their Teen Mom days, which came to an end after Eason allegedly shot and killed her dog for nipping at their 2-year-old daughter’s face.
From there, the two-faced a whirlwind of relationship issues, which came to a head with Evans’ temporary restraining order in November. But now, the two may be on good terms, as Evans has moved to dismiss the case altogether.
