The ex-husband of “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans allegedly overdosed. A 911 call made by his current wife details the scary event.
Courtland Rogers was at his home in Wilmington, North Carolina, when his wife made a frantic call to 911.
TMZ obtained audio of the 911 placed Aug. 28 saying Courtland was showing signs of an overdose. She also described him as being naked on the toilet while making concerning gurgling sounds.
She said he had locked himself in the bathroom while she was out with the kids. Luckily, she was able to break down the door to get to him.
The dispatcher is heard telling Courtland’s wife to try getting him off the toilet and lay him flat on his back on the floor. She said he was too heavy for her to move but still tried CPR.
She can be heard screaming for him to wake up. She also told the dispatcher she didn’t know what drugs he took and didn’t have Narcan to resuscitate him.
The call ended when paramedics arrived on the scene.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Courtland survived, and no drugs or paraphernalia were found on the scene.
Courtland — who was married to the former “Teen Mom” star for two years– has been open in the past about his drug abuse, admitting that he’s overdosed close to or at 5 times.
