Amid the legal back and forth between Jennifer Hudson and her ex-fiancé David Otunga over the custody of their son, Hudson is demanding Otunga find a job.
In new court documents obtained by the @blast, Hudson recently told a judge that she plans to file a motion to push Otunga to “seek employment” and “maintain a job diary.”

Hudson also says she is looking to file a motion to have Otunga’s contempt of court claim be disregarded. As previously reported, Otunga claimed Hudson violated the terms of their initial agreement when she released statements about their seperation. Now though, Hudson wants the motion to be tossed, and the case to be sealed.
