The celebrity couple, who tied the knot just over a year ago, spent nearly two years house hunting and viewed over 80 properties before purchasing this mansion. However, their marriage has hit a rough patch, and it seems they’re now ready to move on from their dream home.
Insiders reveal that Ben has already moved out and is now staying in a rental property in Brentwood. Meanwhile, Jennifer is actively searching for a new place to call home. Realtor Arana has been showing the house for the past two weeks, coinciding with the signs of trouble between the couple.
The couple is asking for around $65 million for the property. However, considering broker commissions, a new tax on high-end properties, and the substantial improvements they’ve made, they might face a significant financial loss in the sale. So far, there haven’t been any interested buyers.
