According to TMZ, Jesse Williams and his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, have reached a child custody agreement.
Despite having shared legal custody, the judge denied Aryn’s request to reduce Jesse’s physical time with the kids since he will be in New York working on a Broadway play.
Each month, the judge will give Jesse 4 consecutive days with his two children, Sadie, 8, and Maceo, 6 in New York City, and 2 of those days, maybe weekends.
The agreement also has a plan to handle disputes over COVID. The judge granted Jesse the authority to break ties for the year 2022 if, for some reason, he and Aryn can’t agree on things like vaccinations or facemasks for the kids.
Additionally, at Aryn’s request, the judge decided Jesse could not cancel and then renegotiate his scheduled parenting time.
Once Jesse is finished with Broadway, the two will be back in court to modify their custody agreement again.
