As the legal battle between Jesse Williams and his estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee continues, Lee is dragging Williams back to court over custody violations.
ln documents obtained by TMZ, Lee claims Williams has introduced their kids to his new girlfriend, which is a direct violation of their custody agreement which requires both parties to wait six months into a new relationship before introducing them to the kids.
However, according to Lee, not only has he introduced their kids to a new woman, prematurely, but he also took them on a mini-vacation to Big Bear Mountain with the woman the kids reportedly call “Mama C.”

Lee has also accused the “Grey’s Anatomy” star of breaking school rules with his daughter. She says Williams brought cupcakes to his daughter’s school to celebrate her birthday, but that is against the rules. Lee says the school has a strict policy about birthdays, where they pick one day each month to celebrate all the students’ birthdays together. But, with Williams’ cupcake surprise, he broke the school rules and messed up Lee’s relationship with her daughter, as Lee claims the 4-year-old was “mad at me for not attending her birthday party” at the school.

However, Lee’s issues with Williams do not end there. She is also frustrated with Williams’ schedule. Now, she wants a judge to set a more consistent schedule for Williams’ visits with his children. On the other hand though, sources close to the former couple claims Lee is delusional.

Sources tell the publication that Lee is making up lies to be seen as the victim, in an attempt to ruin Williams’ fun and caring reputation.
