Are John Legend and Ariana Grande Teaming Up for a Beauty and the Beast Duet?

The live-action remake of the Disney animated classic Beauty and the Beast, starring Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Prince/Beast, and Luke Evans as Gaston, is heading to the big screen.

The highly anticipated film will open on St. Patrick’s day, in 3D.

However, as if a talented cast and a live-action remake of a Disney favorite weren’t enough to get fans excited, E! News has revealed Ariana Grande and John Legend may be joining forces to record a duet for the film.

Grande sparked speculation when she posted an Instagram photo of herself in the leopard-print studio. Fans began to put the pieces together when she tagged Legend and the film in her Instagram flick, which was reposted by the Beauty and the Beast Instagram page.

Although it may all be speculation at this point and an actual song has yet to be revealed, it is very highly likely that the two could be cooking up a remake of the film’s famous record, “Tale as Old as Time.” In the animated classic, the song was originally sung by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson.

A John Legend and Ariana Grande remake sounds epic to me, what about you?
