The 58th Annual Grammy Awards is going down on February 15, and it appears they have a jam packed evening in store.
It has been announced that John Legend, Demi Lovato, Meghan Trainor and Luke Bryan have been tapped to pay tribute to the legendary Lionel Richie. It will be interesting to see this group of very talented, yet diverse, individuals run through some of Lionel’s greatest hits. I’m hoping that they even take it back to The Commodores.Â
Other performers for the evening include Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber alongside Skrillex and Diplo, Pitbull, Travis Barker, Robin Thicke, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Rihanna and so many more. One person who will NOT be performing is Drake, who took to Twitter over the weekend to make the announcement. “I am not performing at the Grammy Awards,” tweeted Drizzy. “But hey it’s the thought that counts.”
Drake will instead be in Toronto for the 2016 NBA All Star weekend.
