Jonathan Majors’ legal battle with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has officially come to an end.
According to court documents filed on Thursday, both parties agreed to dismiss all claims in the defamation and assault lawsuit with prejudice—which means it can’t be reopened or brought up again.
This development finally closes a messy chapter for Majors, who has faced intense scrutiny since Jabbari accused him of assault in March 2023.
The allegations led to his conviction in December 2023 on two counts of misdemeanor assault for an incident Jabbari claimed happened in the back of an SUV.
Majors was sentenced to a year-long counseling program but avoided jail time. Despite the outcome, Majors always maintained his innocence.
For months, the legal drama overshadowed the “Creed III” actor’s rising career. But with the lawsuit now dismissed and no chance of further claims, this could be the turning point he needs.
Hopefully, Majors can use this fresh start to focus on rebuilding his career and remind people why he was one of Hollywood’s fastest-rising stars.
