Jonathan Majors’ domestic violence trial, which comes six months after his arrest, faces another delay.
According to Deadline, a judge has scheduled a hearing on September 15 to set a new trial date.
While the prosecution claimed readiness for trial, the judge identified lingering “deficiencies” in the discovery that required further examination, leading to another trial delay.
At the previous August 3 hearing, Majors and Meagan Good were in attendance, but no trial date was set because the prosecution required more time to review the discovery materials.
Majors was arrested on March 25 after a domestic dispute with his then-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. The 33-year-old Creed actor now faces charges of aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment despite both being involved in the altercation.
