While fans of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta hoped Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez could reconcile their differences for their three-year-old daughter, the custody battle continues.
On Thursday, a judge issued a warrant for Joseline’s arrest after she recently denied Stevie the right to see Bonnie Bella, TMZ reports.
The father of six was supposed to have visitation scheduled from July 28 to August 11. He traveled to Miami to pick up his daughter, who was with her mother while she was filming “Marriage Boot Camp, but he didn’t get the chance.
Apparently, Joseline took the child and flew to Los Angeles instead. According to court documents, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. has been ordered to take the “Puerto Rican Princess” into custody, if she doesn’t follow orders and send Bonnie Bella with her father immediately. Stevie apparently flew to L.A. on Friday to hash out the agreement.
Unfortunately for Joseline, her antics caused the judge in their custody battle to sway in Stevie J’s favor. Stevie has been granted sole physical custody of Bonnie Bella until the next court date on August 15.
The two have practically been in and out of court since the birth of their daughter, and this isn’t the first time Hernandez has been accused of keeping the three-year-old away from her father. Back in May, Stevie J filed for primary custody after he claimed to fear for Bonnie Bella’s safety with her mother.
