Reality star Joseline Hernandez and famed exotic dancer and entrepreneur Miami Tip have embarked on a nasty war of words on social media.
The dispute kicked off when Miami Tip shared a throwback photo of her and Joseline from their time together in the strip club while promoting her new book, “The Bottom.” The photo shows both women nude on stage with a heartfelt caption that didn’t appear to be rooted in malice.
“It ain’t how you start. It’s how you finish!” Tip began the post. “Dancers see a lot and go through a lot! In my era, we didn’t say we want to be a stripper when we grow up. Hard times fell upon some of us, and we did what we had to do!”
After a quick clap back from Joseline, Tip took offense to this and fired back at the former “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” star. Tip shared a recent video of Joseline during a club appearance on stage, stripping with dollar bills surrounding her. In a follow-up post, Tip shared a photo of the inside of her book with a lengthy caption, addressing Joseline’s shady comments.
“I have danced in four years, and I’m proud of myself for that!” she shared. Later in the post, Tip wrote, “I ain’t never had to try to dim someone else’s light for me to shine!” Upon exiting the nightlife, Tip founded her popular Stay Fly In My Sleep Wear pajama and loungewear brand. She also appeared on “Love & Hip-Hop Miami.”
The Puerto Rican Princess also addressed the situation on her IG, letting it be known that she left the strip club 12 years ago, despite her “Joseline’s Cabaret” striptease series being a club staple across the country.
“I’m on tour 4 nights out of the week. The whole world songs my songs word for word. My shows are 100 percent sold out. Please don’t compare yourself to me when you been in the strip club your entire life and still is.”
It is unclear exactly what set Joseline off, but many commenters speculate that Tip seemingly trying to promote her book using the reality star’s old photo didn’t go over well.
Hopefully, the ladies can kiss and make up before the beef becomes a real-life brawl straight from the Love & Hip-Hop writer’s room.
