JT Calls GloRilla “Corny” After Being Mentioned In Her Latest Mixtape, Rappers Engage in Back-and-Forth Online

JT has responded to GloRilla after the CMG rapper mentioned her on her latest mixtape. 

On Friday, GloRilla unveiled her long-awaited “Ehhthang Ehhthang” project, which featured a track titled “Aite.” On the Kevo Muney-assisted song, GloRilla addresses the rumor about her allegedly slapping JT at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. While JT shot down the story when it first surfaced, Glo said on the song that there’s absolutely no beef with the City Girls star while also calling for unity in female rap. 

“I just pray one day the bad b***hes would come together/’Cause Cardi and Nicki on a track would break some f***in’ records/ Me and JT ain’t the best of friends but we ain’t beefin’/ Know b***hes always havin’ ana that they keep a secret,” Glo rapped. 

The lyrics reached JT, who had much to say online and even called out Glo for the fake message of girl power. 

“I been said she didn’t! She the one went radio silent! Played into, released a song about slapping rap b***hes now it’s female unity?? CORNY!!!!!” JT wrote on a tweet about the single.

In responding to another fan questioning where the slap rumor came from, JT suggested that GloRilla didn’t immediately shut down the story because she needed the clout. 

“I guess she was waiting on her tape to address & who gone clear up going viral for slapping someone when the whole hood believed it! It was on brand!” the Miami lyricist added.

Glo seemingly replied to JT with a tweet of her own that simply read, “Nvm no free promo.” However, that seemed to spark a cursing match between the ladies, with JT dragging GloRilla for filth after the rapper seemingly called her ugly in a quickly deleted-tweet.

It appears that a new rap feud has developed, which is quite frustrating for fans because it implies that a JT and GloRilla song won’t be collaborating anytime soon.
