On Friday, Lil Durk stood before a judge for a probable cause hearing over his alleged connection to an Atlanta shooting.
According to police, the incident occurred back in February outside of The Varsity, following a heated exchange between the rapper and an unidentified man. During the dispute, gunfire erupted, leaving the man with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Although the man was then taken to Atlanta Medical Center with serious conditions, he has since recovered. In turn, Durk turned himself in on several felony charges in connection to the shooting.
But now, after a probable cause hearing, in which detectives confirmed Durk’s alleged involvement with video evidence, a judge has found probable cause for the rapper to be charged with possession, criminal intent to commit murder and more.
