Steve Harvey has taken a “W” in his big legal battle against his ex-wife, as a judge has officially dismissed the $60 million lawsuit she filed against him.
Mary Harvey sued her former spouse for mental anguish. She claimed that she was suicidal in the wake during their nasty divorce back in 2005. She filed a suit for child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Steve argued that he had not done anything to bring on any emotional distress or any of the emotions that his ex described.

The case was thrown out because it needs to be handled in Texas where the divorce was originally handled.
