Judge Upholds Guilty Ruling Over Anthony “Harv” Ellison, Tekashi ‘6ix9ine’s’ Kidnapper

Things aren’t looking so hot for Anthony “Harv” Ellison after his request to get his guilty verdict tossed out is denied, Page Six reports.

Last month, Ellison petitioned Manhattan Judge Paul Engelmayer claiming that 6ix9ine lied multiple times on the stand. One of the claims made by Daniel Hernandez (6ix9ine), insists that Ellison kidnapped him.

However, the judge didn’t budge, stating, “Ellison’s argument as to Hernandez’s ostensible lack of credibility on the kidnapping count is particularly unpersuasive.”

Ellison also attempted to tell the jury that the kidnapping was all a ploy to promote 6ix9ine’s upcoming music he had coming out. However, the jury nor the judge bought the story.

The judge insists the jurors found 6ix9ine’s testimony to be credible and states, “Ellison’s theory that he had colluded with Hernandez to stage a fake kidnapping was unsupported by any evidence at trial. And Ellison, who was in a position to attest as to his circumstances surrounding that incident — including, if true, that it was a staged, and not actual, kidnapping — elected not to testify.”

Ellison is due back in court for his sentencing next month on Feb. 26, while 6ix9ine was sentenced last month to two years in prison.
