Last month we posted about 50 Cent suing Rick Ross. To break down the story, 50 and Rozay had a bit of a (one sided) beef in 2009. In an attempt to shame Ross, 50 Cent took one of his baby mamas out on a shopping spree. When that didn’t ruffle his feathers, 50 Cent posted a sex tape involving Ross’ other baby mama and another man on to his website for the world to see.
The woman in question, Lastonia Leviston, then sued 50 Cent for posting her tape, claiming it brought her to the brink of committing suicide. 50 Cent says that all he did was repost the video and that it was Rick Ross who secretly leaked it. This may be hard to prove considering the fact that a clip of 50 Cent in character as “Pimpin Curly” shows just before the sex tape begins, so it was clearly edited to include 50 Cent. Leviston is still in court to plead her case.
On Tuesday, jurors in a Manhattan courtroom got to watch clips of the tape. According to Page Six, jurors saw a 30-second trailer in which Leviston fondles her own breasts, puts her head in the crotch of her then-boyfriend, Maurice Murray, and then engages in sex with him “doggy-style.”
If Leviston wins this case, I can assume 50 will have to drop the case against Ross, unless he knows something we don’t know.
