Earlier this week it was reported that Justin Bieber had canceled the remaining 14 dates of his Purpose World Tour because he was “just over it.” Reps for the pop star then issued a statement citing “unforeseen circumstances” for the cancellations. Now, it seems the real reason Bieber has canceled his tour is because he found Jesus.
Sources connected to Hillsong Church tell TMZ that the singer has “rededicated his life to Christ” and that’s the reason he abruptly quit touring. Bieber and the church’s pastor, Carl Lentz, have been “virtually joined at the hip” for months, according to TMZ. Bieber even attended a huge church event in Australia.
Everyone isn’t happy about Bieber’s decision, however. Some members of the pop star’s crew are “incredibly pissed off at him” for canceling his tour unexpectedly. They say that he gave no warning before impacting their financial well-being.
