Justin Bieber is fed up with the accusations and just wants it all to go away. He has dropped the defamation lawsuit against the two women who accused him of sexual assault.
After Bieber’s lawyer proved his whereabouts on two separate incidents, Bieber filed defamation lawsuits against Khadidja Djibrine and “Jane Doe” aka Danielle.
In March 2020, Danielle took to Twitter claiming Bieber sexually assaulted her in an Austin hotel room after a performance at South by Southwest. She said the incident happened in March 2014. However, Bieber’s legal team argued the artist was actually with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at a rental property.
The Pics I showed of me and Selena march 9 in Austin should make it clear that we were together that night and went from the venue to our Airbnb and never went to the four seasons. This is our airbnb receipt where we crashed with our friends pic.twitter.com/4ZDIqjeCIQ

Then, Djibrine said that he sexually assaulted her in March 2015 in a New York City hotel. She posted the claims on Twitter. However, Bieber’s team proved that he was at the Met Gala afterparty the night of the alleged attack.
Bieber filed the defamation lawsuits the same month the allegations came out and sought $20 million in damages.
