Diddy’s son Justin Combs is now grappling with his own legal issues in Los Angeles.
Real estate brokers in the area have allegedly “blacklisted” the 30-year-old from renting high-end homes, accusing him of deceitful behavior in relation to the type of company he brings around the rentals.
“He’d say 20 people, but 200 showed up, leaving the property trashed,” speaking of wild parties thrown by the hip-hop heir. Seemingly following in his father’s party footsteps, Justin is accused of hosting unruly gatherings that often result in broken furniture, spilled alcohol, and extensive damages requiring costly repairs. And sadly, Justin’s troubles don’t stop there.
Porsche Leasing LTD has reportedly filed a lawsuit against him for a staggering $190,000 in unpaid bills for a Bentley lease. His lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, explained the situation as a “mailing address mix-up,” assuring that the balance would be paid and the case dismissed. These allegations against Justin will not help his image as the entire Combs family remains under a microscope. However, Lichtman emphasized, “Justin has not been charged with any crimes or civil violations related to these rental disputes.” Back in June 2023, he was arrested for a DUI and accepted a plea deal in the case, requiring him to complete three years of probation. Meanwhile, his father remains embroiled in federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. On Friday, the 55-year-old was denied bail for a third time.
The alleged blacklisting could force Justin to relocate out of Los Angeles completely.
