The infamous phone call that reignited the beef between Kanye West and Taylor Swift has finally leaked online.
As you may recall, Kanye and Taylor have been feuding since he interrupted her 2009 VMA speech to say “Yo Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’ll let you finish, but Beyoncé has one of the best videos of all time.”
It seemed the beef was finally put to rest in 2016 after Taylor gave Kanye permission to mention her in his song ‘Famous’ off ‘The Life of Pablo Album’…. or so we thought. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But when the track was released, Taylor made a fuss because Kanye referred to her as a “bitch” with his line “I made that bitch famous.”
At the time, Ye made it clear that he approved the song with Swift before its release. In fact, at the time, the rapper’s wife, Kim Kardashian, released an edited version of the call that seemingly proved the singer’s approval.
Later, Kim even came to her man’s defense in an interview with GQ Magazine, claiming Taylor “totally approved.” To which, Taylor responded saying, “Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that bitch’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened.
Now, it seems Taylor may have been right all along, as the new full leaked recording shows ’Ye omitting the word, ”Bitch.”
In response to the leak, both Kim and Taylor seemingly responded, with Kim liking a response that said: ”The video showed nothing new. We all knew that. I’m so confused right now.” Taylor also took to social media, liking a few post that referenced the incident, including claims that she’d been telling the truth, concerns about her wax figure in the video, and more.
