Kanye West is facing a new wave of disturbing allegations from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who filed a second amended complaint this week accusing the rapper of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and more, according to TMZ.
Pisciotta, who first sued Ye in 2024 for sending explicit messages and firing her abruptly, has now expanded her lawsuit to include a string of serious and graphic claims. According to court documents, Pisciotta alleges that during a business trip tied to Kanye’s now-defunct Donda Academy in San Francisco, the artist made unwanted sexual advances toward her that escalated into physical assault.
She claims the situation spiraled while they were in his hotel suite for a music writing session. Pisciotta says Kanye kissed her without consent, asked invasive and sexual questions, and later masturbated in front of her and touched her inappropriately. Things allegedly worsened when he entered her room, pushed her onto the bed, and forced her to perform oral sex. Pisciotta says she froze in fear and begged him to stop—claims that paint a horrifying picture of coercion and abuse.
In an even more disturbing twist, she says Kanye later apologized but also offered her as a “sexual gift” to another man in exchange for sleeping with that man’s partner. She alleges this wasn’t a one-time thing, claiming Ye “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men.”
The lawsuit accuses West of sexual battery, assault, stalking, false imprisonment, and trafficking, among other serious offenses. Pisciotta’s claims, if proven true, point to a troubling pattern of manipulation, power abuse, and exploitation behind the scenes of Kanye’s brand and business ventures.
The allegations mark one of the most severe lawsuits the embattled artist has faced yet.
