Kanye West Launches Livestream “Countdown to Donda” Ahead of Tonight’s Listening Event in Atlanta

Late last night, Apple Music launched a live stream in preparation for Kanye West’s next live listening event for his highly anticipated new album, “Donda.”

Just a few weeks ago, West held a listening event in the stadium ahead of the album’s original release date of July 23. However, the music superstar skipped the deadline to continue working on the album and announced a second listening event for August 5 as well as a new album release date of August 6.

And now, just ahead of tonight’s event, fans are able to see what Kanye is up to in real-time, as the stream is giving a behind-the-scenes look at Kanye’s living quarters in Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

In a few clips, Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, co-producer Mike Dean, Steve Lacy, Fivio Foreign, and others were seen stopping by. Around 11 a.m. EST, Kanye was seen sleeping.
