Kanye West posted snapshots to Instagram Saturday from a group text message thread in which he recently added Pusha T.
The now-deleted Instagram post comes on the heels of Drake’s apparent Pusha T and Ye diss in Trippie Redd’s “Betrayal.” “All these fools I’m beefin’ that I barely know. Forty-five, forty-four (Burned out), let it go / Ye ain’t changin’ s–t for me, it’s set in stone,” Drake rapped.
It’s rumored that Kanye is looking to drop his upcoming Donda album the same day Drake drops his Certified Lover Boy album. The bar seemingly refers to Drake not caring, and his release date is “set in stone.” As for Donda, the release date keeps getting pushed back. The album is currently slated to drop on August 27.
It’s not visible in the photo who the other members of the chat are, except the initial “D” is clear. It’s speculated that this could be Drake.
Yeezy sent the group a picture of Joaquin Phoenix dressed as the Joker, along with a text that says, “I live for this. I’ve been f*cked with by weird ass jock n*ggas like you my whole life. You will never recover. I promise you.”
Former GOOD Music signee Consequence also addressed Drake’s verse. On Saturday, he tweeted, “F*ck a Betrayal. It’s the Disrespect for me dawg.”
