On Sunday, Kanye West announced his bid for the 2024 presidential election.
In a video posted to Twitter, Ye said he would work closely with Milo Yiannopoulus for his campaign.
“This is Milo right here, working on the campaign,” West, 45, says in the video.

His announcement comes shortly after Ye’s Twitter account was restored after being banned for his anti-semitic remarks last week.
“Is that an announcement?” one of the men asks.
“I guess it is,” said Yiannopoulos, an unpaid intern for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who said, “Thanks, I accept.”
Later, you hear the cameraman ask Ye, “So you are running?”
Ye responds, “Yes,” while laughing. “It’s simple ’cause ain’t nobody can tell me, you know, ‘You should say this, you shouldn’t say that,’ you know? It’s just we’re moving towards the future.”
