Kanye West Served As Co-Creative Director of Pornhub’s Inaugural Awards Show

On Monday, reports surfaced of a new partnership between Kanye West and his guilty pleasure, PornHub, for the adult website’s inaugural awards show.

“There are some insane negotiations going on,” a source told Page Six, adding that the two were “in talks” to sign West as the creative director of the forthcoming show.

Though the report seemed far-fetched at the time, West’s unexpected Pornhub shout out on Jimmy Kimmel ultimately initiated a working relationship between the two.

In fact, on Thursday, the adult website aired its first-ever award show, with West on board as the co-creative director, alongside his longtime partner Willo Perron. ⠀⠀

The show featured a futuristic theme, with statues shaped like “alien sex toys,” and the makeup styling and wardrobes provided by West himself, through his Yeezy brand.

In addition to the visuals, West secured a collaboration with FashionNova, which will feature Yeezy replicas, and he also dropped DONDA-designed merch for the event.

The show was live streamed on Pornhub.com, which included performances by Teyana Taylor as well as a world premiere of West’s music video with Lil Pump.
