Kanye West’s former executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit claiming she was fired after receiving explicit texts and videos from the rapper. Pisciotta, who started as an OnlyFans model, says she was making $1 million a year from her content before Kanye hired her in July 2021.
Pisciotta alleges she met Kanye while he was working on his fashion line and later collaborated on three songs for his album “Donda.” A year into her employment, Kanye reportedly asked her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her $1 million annually. Pisciotta agreed to the terms.
However, things allegedly took a turn for the worse. Pisciotta claims Kanye began sending her vulgar text messages detailing his sexual fantasies. One explicit message included, “Is my d*** racist? It is. This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.” Pisciotta’s lawsuit also describes other messages, some involving racially charged language about his genitalia.
Pisciotta further claims Kanye would masturbate during phone conversations and obsess over the penis size of her boyfriends. The lawsuit details a series of sexually explicit videos and photos, including at least two videos of Kanye with a model.
Despite these alleged actions, Kanye promoted Pisciotta to Chief of Staff for his companies, with a salary of $4 million. In October 2022, she says she was abruptly fired but was offered a $3 million severance, which she accepted but never received.
Pisciotta is now suing for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment. The lawsuit aims to hold Kanye accountable for his alleged misconduct and secure the unpaid severance.
