Kanye West To Hold ‘DONDA’ Album Release Event At Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium

It looks like Kanye West is feeling right at home at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium!

After a successful DONDA album listening event and revealing he’d been living at the stadium and would be until the album’s completion, Kanye is returning for yet another DONDA event.

Friday, July 30th, Kanye officially announced he’d be holding an album release party for DONDA on August 5, 2021. The once-in-a-lifetime event is open to the public, and tickets are slated to go on sale, Monday, August 2nd at 10 a.m. EST. Ticket prices range between $30 and $75 and will be sold at Ticketmaster.com.

Shortly after announcing the event, Kanye took to his Instagram to post what may be cover art with a caption that simply read “DONDA 08.05.2021”.

DONDA follows Ye’s 2019 Gospel album, Jesus Is King, and is named after his late mother, Donda West.
