Following Pete Davidson’s breakup with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West is mourning the fake death of his ex-wife’s now ex-boyfriend.
Early Monday morning, West shared an altered New York Times front page on his Instagram with the caption, “SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT AGE 28.”

The subheadline, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,” also made fun of the rapper who exited the stage during his performance last month at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami where fans threw objects at him.
West chose not to caption the photo, letting it speak for itself. For the time being, it’s the only post shown on his account.
This isn’t the first time that Kanye has made performance art that referenced Pete’s death. Earlier this year, Kanye released a music video to his song “Eazy,” where he buried Davidson alive.
In a second music video for the same song, West also attacked Davidson when the actor was sporting a “Skete” hoodie.
Last week, outlets reported that a source close to Kardashian had confirmed the couple’s breakup after nine months of dating.
