Earlier this year, Kanye West acquired land in Los Angeles, intending to relocate his Donda Academy. However, his aspirations were disrupted by the local community shortly afterward.
Kanye’s aspirations to relocate the Donda Academy campus from Simi Valley hit a roadblock when thousands of people rallied against it. A report indicated that more than 12,000 residents from the neighborhood opposed Kanye’s plans. He had been pursuing this relocation since November 2022. During this time, Kanye engaged in multiple discussions with Pastor Ronald Nagin about the potential shift.
