Kanye “Ye” West has made his way back to Instagram, and he’s opening up about his recent losses in brand partnerships.
From Balenciaga to CAA to Gap to Adidas and more, West has been dropped from several lucrative business deals amid his recent offensive remarks about the Jewish community. After being dropped by his former business partners, he has also been booted off the Forbes billionaires list. In a new Instagram post titled “LOVE SPEECH,” the rapper shared how he reportedly lost $2 billion in one day.
“I LOST 2 BILLION DOLLARS IN ONE DAY AND I’M STILL ALIVE,” said Ye in post’s caption. “THIS IS LOVE SPEECH. I STILL LOVE YOU. GOD STILL LOVES YOU. THE MONEY IS NOT WHO I AM. THE PEOPLE IS WHO I AM.”
He also added another post with a photo that had a headline on it that read: “Ye has reportedly cut ties with Kanye West.” For the caption, he wrote, “Had to cut ties bro.”
