Actress Karrueche Tran and NFL champion Victor Cruz have called it quits after three years together, a source revealed.
The insider close to the famous couple confirmed the split to E! News. The two went public in December 2017 during a date night in Los Angeles. They have been together ever since. However, their long-distance relationship has seemingly taken a toll on the couple, especially during the pandemic. Tran stays in L.A., while Cruz is usually at his home in New Jersey.
“Right now, they are focused on continuing to grow their successful careers,” they revealed. “There are no hard feelings. This is just a case of two people moving forward in life separately.”
The couple appeared to be on great terms early in the pandemic. During an Instagram Live session, Cruz said that the two talked on the phone most of the day, despite the distance. He said that he and Tran were using the lockdown measures to “find new things out” about one another.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to save their romance. However, the source claims that there is no bad blood between the former couple.
“They will always wish the best for each other.”
