Prior to his arrest for assault in Georgia on Monday, five women claim that Katt Williams and his crew pulled a gun on them.
Kat Williams and his 15-person entourage are being accused of physically attacking and stealing cellphones from five women who were visiting Atlanta over the weekend.
At around 2:30 am on Sunday, a woman by the name of Salena Boston and a group of friends say that they spotted Williams walking near West Peachtree and 3rd street. According to the police report, Boston approached Williams and asked for a photo, to which he agreed. When one of the people with Boston began filming Williams, he got angry and started fighting the women. Boston claims that Williams punched her, pointed a gun at the group and took the their cellphones.
Williams tells a different story. According to the comedian, Boston and her friends started harassing, filming and taking pictures of him without his consent. He says they became “irate” and snatched a chain from his neck, which started the fight. Security also jumped in. Williams says that at one point one of the women yelled out that she was “going to her car to get something to pop somebody.”
Police arrived, handcuffed Williams, but made no arrests.
