Although the social media backlash has settled, concerning Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s t-shirt fiasco, the legal battle has just begun, as the two have been hit with a lawsuit for using the legendary photos without permission.

According to TMZ, photographer, Michael Miller, who is responsible for the photo of Tupac Shakur, says the Jenners had no right to sell his photos on their website because he never gave them permission to even use them.

Although the Jenners have since removed the shirts from their site and apologized, Miller wants more. In the documents obtained by TMZ, he said he never wanted to work with the Jenners, but now he’s ready to collect his coin.

Miller is suing for any profits the two made off the t-shirts.
