Marc Daly, the soon-to-be ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore, has asked the courts to order the reality star to sign the terms of their tumultuous divorce settlement agreement.
Later this month, the two will head to trial to argue child support for their daughter, Brooklyn, and property.
According to recently filed court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the former couple have been battling out their divorce since 2021 and allegedly came to a “partial settlement agreement and permanent parenting plan” on May 11, 2023.
Marc claims that both parties came to an agreement after 7.5 hours of mediation.
According to Marc, the mediator sent both parties and Kenya’s attorney the Partial Settlement Agreement and Permanent Parenting Plan. On May 17, he claimed to have signed the paperwork, and on May 19, the mediator did the same. Kenya has allegedly refused to sign the settlement agreements
He claims that her behavior “reflects her continued attempt to expand these proceedings.” Additionally, Marc has asked that Kenya be forced to reimburse his legal costs associated with having to file this motion.
The two still have a divorce trial later this month because the settlement did not resolve all of the underlying concerns.
It was previously reported that Kenya would have primary custody of Brooklyn while Marc would receive visitation.
