Kenya Moore has officially confirmed she will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its seventeenth season.
During a recent livestream, Moore responded to a fan’s question about her future on the show with, “As of now, no. That could change, I keep hearing a lot of things but as of this moment, it’s a no. They do start in two weeks, so the cast is pretty much set.”
Her decision comes after a difficult Season 16 marked by reduced screen time following a confrontation with new cast member Brit Eady.
The conflict reportedly happened during the opening of Moore’s hair spa, where she allegedly showed explicit material involving Eady while filming. As a consequence, Bravo suspended Moore, significantly cut her scenes, and removed her from the reunion taping.
Although she was absent from the reunion, Moore issued a public apology that Andy Cohen shared during the broadcast. She accepted full responsibility for her actions and expressed regret to Eady, the cast, crew, guests, and viewers.
Despite stepping back from the series, Moore remains aware of ongoing changes at RHOA.
During the livestream, she revealed that Bravo plans to introduce two new full-time cast members in Season 17.
According to Moore, one of them is a restaurateur, and the other is a former star of Love & Hip Hop. She did not specify their names, but speculation points to Pinky Cole Hayes, founder of Slutty Vegan, and singer-turned-reality personality K. Michelle as likely candidates.
Bravo has yet to confirm the new cast lineup, but reports suggest that filming will begin in late August 2025.
Moore’s exit marks a notable shift for the series as it prepares for its next chapter.

Did we not already know this?
After that degrading, foul move she made at her grand opening with X-rated photos which is a real gutter move for someone who was supposed to have some class and dignity to conduct herself with such deeper than ghetto behavior was unbelievable to say the least. Disrespecting Brittny in such an awful, unforgiving way and thought she was going to ‘Go on with the Wind’ fabulous is a real reach after all that. That was just plain DISGUSTING behavior.
